Why do witnesses feel the need to put JW ORG on all their social media sites?

have you all noticed the obsession witnesses have of putting jw.org on all their social media sites like facebook, twitter, instagram etc?.

so many put it in their bio section...like some sort of loud proclamation to other witnesses that they are righteous and spreading the message.. it's also very lazy.

now with no personal effort at all, they can just say jw.org and be "witnessing".

Been asked to display it by family and other JW friends. Have declined.

Oh-oh, yet another mark as being 'unspiritual'. Damn it!

Do not be fooled, the WTBTS is doing quite well financially:

they're making a killing with the sales of their NY HQ and other bethel/KH/branch properties around the world.
Now that they've reduced the small assemblies to 1-day, they're receiving double the contribution amount from 2 circuits that use the same assembly place in one weekend (1 on Saturday and the other on Sunday); this was a very clever, profit-motivated move (of course, it was directed by the 'Holy Spirit').
With them going 'electronic', only here in the USA, the profits are immense; imagine how much more when they reach this capability worldwide.
On top of the massive profits, the savings accrued with the releasing of special pioneers/missionaries/district overseers/bethelites around the world are immense as well.
Now that the old gizzard zealots are dying off, and with they increasing F.O.G. rhetoric, surely they're being funneled large $$$ and valuables (you know how one must honor Jehovah with our valuable things. wink, wink).

The WTBTS is doing extremely well financially at this time.

They better enjoy it and invest it wisely. The new generation of JWs are coming, and they're much better informed on their bs.

now with no personal effort at all, they can just say jw.org and be "witnessing".

And every time I receive a 'like' or get a hit on any jw videos, etc., it's activity that gets reported monthly. I hate to report in such a deceitful way, but it's necessary to keep up with the silliness of this Org.

Wow... There More Closet Faders Than I Thought

yep, im still fading.

i know it's gonna be a long and meticulous process but so far it's going well.

isnt it funny how when you stop reading the material and stop thinking yourself of being unworthy all the time - eventually you get happier and happier each day and see the world around you the way it is?

All well Internet-connected people know what's going on and do not take the WTBTS teachings without skepticism. The young are gone, they're gone, gone; physically hanging in there only due to their parents being in and dragging them to JW activities, but you can see and feel clearly they've left already. Good!!!

The WTBTS is in huge trouble; all their old crazies who thought that by now they'd be petting lions, cobras and bears and dying off and even they are discouraged to the max.

I'm not saying their days are numbered, but certainly they increasingly becoming like their archenemy Christendom, people will claim to be JWs but it will be 'in name only' and doing only what is convenient and makes sense in their lives. Definitely buffet style; many, many, many inside are already on these terms.

This is the best a false prophet can expect from their most conditional followers.

The WWW is the best thing ever invented!!!

Has anyone been outed by jw health care workers?

i was wondering how common it is for a sinner/apostate to be outed by a babbling jw care worker?

say you went to your dr because you were pregnant and unmarried or wanting counseling for having to live a double life as a pretend jw... and a jw secretary at the drs office saw this on your file and went tattling to the elders?.

Health care workers in hospitals have told on people that have gotten sterilized, that have gotten abortions, STDs, etc.

I heard of one of these gossip ladies that one of the JWs turned around and did a lawsuit against the worker and the hospital. It was a big deal for that congregation; needless to say, the person who was wronged because her privacy got violated, ended up disfellowshipped because the lawsuit was proof of no repentance.

What's even worse is that that this wronged/violated person is now back in the JW ranks! Indoctrination is brutal in some cases.
